Modern Cabin products are built with integrity and the highest quality standards in the industry. Our goal is to ensure every customer is happy with his all natural wood building. We stand behind every product we offer and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If, for any reason, you decide to return your Modern Cabin product we request you contact us immediately at 1-424-272-6109 so that we can work together to ensure a smooth return transaction. Please note that we will not accept any unauthorized returns.
All returns will require advance notice, either written or via electronic authorization, from Modern Cabin. Return requests must be within thirty days of delivery and must also adhere to following:
- Returns must be 100% complete - in original and resalable condition, along with all original boxes and packing materials
- Returns must contain all manuals and accessories as applicable
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking cost plus inbound and outbound shipping, handling and processing fees
- Canceled or returned orders paid by credit card are subject to an additional processing charge of 3%
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery in order to receive refund.
- Modern Cabin will pay return shipping costs in the event of an error on our part
Please note that a store credit may be offered at the management's discretion if the thirty day window has expired.
Modern Cabin reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Modern Cabin is not responsible for return shipping costs and is not responsible for any shipping damage.
Credits will be issued only after our warehouse has received, inspected and processed the return. Please note that your credit card company will make the determination on when the credit is made to your credit card and these matters are out of our control. For those questions, we encourage you to contact your card network or bank. It's been our experience that it can take one or two billing cycles.
While Modern Cabin offers free shipping with in the continental U.S., if a shipment is returned or not accepted, we reserve the right to charge those costs to your credit card in order to recover our losses. We will reserve the right to impose a 15% stocking fee.
In most instances, damage caused by the shipping company is resolved by the carrier directly. Please contact the carrier within five business days if there are problems with the shipment, such as damage or missing items. We also request you make Modern Cabin aware of the problems, as claims of defective products must be determined by our management team. If you feel you have received a defective product, we encourage you to take photos so that we can quickly resolve the problem. Please note that if a product is returned and determined to be not defective, it will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
If you provide specifics on a special order, including sheds, gazebos, cabins or any other product, these products may not be returned nor will a cancellation be allowed once the confirmation email has been sent. No refunds are available for special orders. We encourage you to take special care with your measurements and the information relayed to our customer service team.
